My name is Dilnesa Bayle Azmera, and I am from Haramaya, located in East Ethiopia. Currently, I am working at Haramaya University. I obtained my BSc degree in chemistry from Haramaya University. After completing my studies, I taught a chemistry course at a high school. During my time as a teacher, I enjoyed interacting with both my colleagues and students. I enhanced the teaching and learning process by incorporating active learning methods alongside passive learning. The effectiveness of these methods in my role was assessed using both primary and secondary data.
I have participated in various training programs, including Quality Laboratory Management with Elemental Analysis Techniques—A Hands-on Approach: From Sample Analysis to Data Interpretation at Bahir Dar University and General Laboratory Management, Laboratory Safety, and Solution and Reagent Preparation at Haramaya University. My professional experience includes working with flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry, UV-Vis spectroscopy, and flame photometry. Additionally, I possess basic computer skills in MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and internet navigation
