Teacher Registration Guide
1. Teacher Registration
Our platform allows you to use a single account for both teaching and learning. To register as a teacher, you have two options:
1.1 Registration Methods
Method 1: Direct Teacher Registration
From the homepage, click "Apply to Teach" in the header.

Email and Password:
- Email: Provide a valid email address for your registration.
- Password: Create a secure password for your account.
Click "Register with Email." This will open the Teacher Registration page, which contains the following tabs:

A. Personal Information
Please complete the following fields:
- First Name: Verify or edit your first name. (Pre-filled from your email).
- Last Name: Enter your last name.
- Gender: Select your gender (Male or Female).
- Phone Code: Choose your country's phone code.
- Phone Number: Enter your phone number.
- Photo ID: Upload a valid national ID by clicking "Choose File".
Click "Save" to record your information, then "Next" to proceed.

B. Profile Media
Enhance your profile with these media options:
- Profile Picture: Upload a clear photo.
- Introduction Video: Paste a YouTube link introducing yourself and your teaching skills.
- Biography: Write a short paragraph about your experience and skills.
Click "Save," then "Next." Use "Back" or the left navigation to move between sections.

C. Subjects
The next step is to personalize your teaching profile. First, select the specific subjects you wish to offer. Then, refine your selection by choosing the grade levels you are qualified and comfortable teaching. This ensures students can easily find your expertise and match with your teaching style.
- Languages I Speak: Select the languages you know from the list. For each language, choose your fluency level.
Click 'Save' to confirm your language details, then 'Next' to continue.

D. Resume
Add your qualifications and experience:
- Click 'Add Resume' to open the 'Add Your Experience' form.
- Enter your work or education details in the provided fields.
Resume Details:
- Experience Type, Title, Institution*, Location*, Description, Start Year*, End Year*: Fill in these fields with your relevant experience and qualifications.
- Upload Certificate: Upload any supporting documents.
- Click 'Save Changes.'
- To add more entries, click 'Add Resume' (top right).
- Edit: Use the edit icon to modify existing entries.
- Delete: Use the delete icon to remove entries.
- Accept the 'Teacher Approval Terms and Conditions' by checking the box.
- Click 'Save' then 'Next' to proceed.

E. Confirmation
This page confirms your teacher application submission and provides your application reference number. Your application is now pending admin approval. You will receive an email notification once your request is processed.

Note: The approval process typically takes 1-3 business days. You'll receive an email notification once your application is reviewed.
