At Desk Tutorial, we value every teacher who applies to join our growing community. Every day, we receive dozens of applications from passionate educators across Ethiopia and beyond.
But here’s the truth: some applications are cancelled because required documents are missing.
We know it can feel frustrating to hear that your application couldn’t move forward. The good news? It’s not the end. You can re-apply — and this time, get approved.
When an application doesn’t include all required documents, our verification team cannot confirm your identity, qualifications, and teaching background. For quality and security reasons, incomplete submissions are automatically cancelled.
The most common missing documents are:
Valid Ethiopian ID (National ID, Passport, or Kebele ID)
Updated CV/Resume
Education Certificates (clear and readable)
Without these, we cannot approve a teacher profile.
Getting approved is simple if you follow the right steps:
Log in to DeskTutorial.com
Click "Resubmit” to start a new application
Upload all the required documents (see our attached step-by-step guide with screenshots)
Submit your complete application
Your previous submission has already been cancelled.
Applications without all documents will not be reviewed.
We’ve attached a visual guide to help you upload correctly.
We don’t just process applications – we build a community. For updates, teaching tips, and new opportunities:

✅ Final Tip: Double-check your uploads before submitting. A clear photo of your certificate or ID makes all the difference.
